License Agreement

Summary: You can use our templates for your own business and for work you do for paying clients. You cannot resell or redistribute the templates themselves as products. Each purchase covers one person or one business entity.

1. Grant of Licence

Upon purchasing an EmailPromptPro product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the purchased email templates subject to the terms below.

This licence is personal to you (or your business entity) and cannot be transferred, assigned or sublicensed to any third party without our prior written consent.

2. What You ARE Allowed to Do

Permitted Uses
  • Use the templates for your own business email communications
  • Customise, edit and adapt the templates to suit your brand and voice
  • Use the templates in email marketing campaigns for your own business
  • Use the templates in work you perform for paying clients (e.g., as a freelancer, consultant or agency)
  • Share individual templates with employees of your own business for internal use
  • Use the templates across multiple email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Create derivative works (customised versions) for your own or client use

3. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do

Prohibited Uses
  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense the templates as a standalone digital product
  • Upload the template files to any public file-sharing, marketplace or repository platform
  • Share download links publicly or with people outside your organisation
  • Bundle the templates with other products for resale without our written consent
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original template content
  • Use the templates for spam, phishing, or any illegal or deceptive activity
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution from the template documentation
  • Grant sub-licences to third parties

4. Licence Scope

Individual Licence

A standard purchase grants a licence for one individual or one business entity (all employees of that business). Freelancers may use templates for their own business and all their client work under one licence.

Team Licence

For organisations with 10+ users or multiple separate business entities requiring access, please contact us at hello@emailpromptpro.com for team licensing arrangements.

Agency Use

Agencies may use purchased templates in work delivered to clients, provided:

5. Intellectual Property

All EmailPromptPro template content, including the copy, structure, frameworks and documentation, remains the intellectual property of EmailPromptPro. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the templates — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Customised versions you create using our templates as a starting point become your work, provided the original template structure is substantially altered for the specific use case.

6. Licence Term

This licence is perpetual — once purchased, you may continue to use the templates indefinitely for the uses described above. There are no ongoing fees or subscription requirements.

However, the licence may be terminated immediately if you violate any of the prohibited uses outlined in Section 3.

7. Updates and New Versions

Ultimate Bundle purchasers receive free access to all future template additions as part of their licence. Individual pack purchasers may purchase updates at a discounted rate when new versions are released.

8. No Warranty

The templates are provided "as is". EmailPromptPro makes no representations or warranties regarding the templates' fitness for any particular purpose or their ability to achieve specific email marketing results. Results will vary depending on your industry, audience and implementation.

9. Termination

EmailPromptPro reserves the right to terminate this licence immediately upon written notice if you are found to be in breach of any of the prohibited uses. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the templates and delete all copies in your possession.
